Nothing more has helped revitalise the heli-hobby than the gyro....and now Jr's g500t ring lock is without a doubt the best value for the money, easy to set up, and easy to adjust. In addition its holding qualities are second to none, Ive put mine thru the paces from crosswind hovering to some pretty violent 3-d manuvers and still it leaves me impressed to say the least.
I decided to use the "sport" servo Jr's 810 and even though its not up to the premium servo Ive still had a blast with it, keep in mind a special high speed servo has to be used, consecutive piroettes, 540's and flips, its still locked in, and solid to..its amazing what some of the 3-d wizards are doing.
So if you want the "last word" in gyro technology consider the JR 500T ring lock, trust me you wont be dissapointed, another feature is its rugged, I have three bad crashes, all three were in the inverted position, I was mowing grass, and after rebuilding the helicopter, the gyro is unharmed, its compact, light weigt and fast....what else could you want?
